Do you watch movies where cursing abounds? How about have sex scenes or even innuendo to ungodly things ? How about tv/movies that glorify violence,mysticism or love of money? Can you really truthfully say what you set your eyes on is glorifying God?
Do you dare watch anything where they blaspheme Gods name? If you are watching a movie/tv and any of these things are present;do you shut it off or continue to watch?
Romans 6
What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? 2 By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? 3 Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

I agree, the more I am filled with the Holy Spirit and get closer to God, The more I am giving up all secular tv,movies music etc...I cringe when they take God's name in vain...
