Admin	Great easy Recipe for Guys-didn't know where else to put this Posted : 20 Feb, 2010 06:55 PM Hey ya'll! Tired of Hamburger Helper and Totino's Pizza? A lot of us guys either don't have the time or the talent to come up with something different to eat, so I thought I'd share this recipe I got from my mom for tamale casserole, it's very good and real simple to make- Ingredients: 1 box kraft cheese & mararoni 1 can corn-drained 1 cqn tamales-unwrapped whatever kind of cheese you like Preheat oven to 325 Cook macaroni on stove top as usual when it is done, add 1 can of DRAINED whole kernel corn (not creamed) stir well scoop out enough of the macaroni mixture to cover casserole dish either break up or place whole unwrapped tamales on first layer of macaroni cover tamales with remainder of macaronu mixture cover with either grated cheddar cheese or whatever kind you like. I just cover it with about 6 or 8 slices of kraft singles Bake at 325 just long enough to melt cheese and thoroughly warmed. Enjoy!:eat:-CE Post Reply
