Ok...lets have some fun...and enjoyment! THE MENTOR I see as you are Not with eyes of prejudice or fault But with anticipation of your every move... Your voice is like a melody waiting to be sung I hang onto every note with envy Contemplating the next harmonious passage... Consumed by the thing I fear most I relish in the fragrance of courage and strength Emmanating from you and am totally captivated... Deep within me lies the essence of your soul That I might someday walk as you walk now Never measuring another by wealth but rather by character portrayed... Love does not describe what you mean to me My Teacher, Guide, and Friend May I someday be the reflection of this Priceless Encounter! Your poem helped me to remember that I'm not alone even when I am feeling beaten down by Satan's lies. May God help us to keep Him in the forefront of our minds and keep His armor on at all times! A very long and busy day This one sure has been Time to chat with Bruce and Robin I think we're long lost Kin ! Tomorrow at last is Saturday I'll get to sleep in late. A movie or two, I know I'll watch Now Friday; and still no date. I'm not saying that I'm lonely Single; Yes-- But not the only one Because I do not PARTY My peers think I'm no fun. It's sad to see them in the dark All I can do is pray At church, in a home,or on a walk through the park They'll find Christ is the only Way. So even 'tho I'm single Don't feel sad for me Wouldn't trade my walk with Jesus For a Zillion friends. Agree ? Post Reply

As God's Word they boldly speak ? Of course there are ! They're everywhere ! And "on fire" I must admit. I've heard them Pray; and I must say I admire their humor and wit. I've heard it said,"no good ones left", But I'll have to disagree. There are many here on CDFF And all of them are FREE ! So let's not say that Godly men Are now a vanishing breed. Every little caterpillar, metamorphosis looms ahead, Every beauty we will see, is created in their bed. Peacefully in the grave, God's children now are waiting, In promises he''s given, new body's we will see, Now I'm sown in weakness, and waitng for the hour, God will wake us from our dreams, rising up in power. Stirred me up and reminded me, we have So Much to look forward to ! I can honestly say I never wrote a poem ( unless it was in grade school) and not remembered; until Robin got me started ! She may have created a rhyming monster:ROFL: I sure am having fun with it. I'll leave you with a humorous one ! I saw a man named Bruce Lay sleeping under a Spruce. I knew he was a fighting man "cause his foes were yelling, "Truce" ! Who will the Lucky Lady be To snag this Godly man ? I see him being followed. So catch him if you can !
