Lets look at the name 'dem' + 'ocray'. Ocray meaning rulership by and dem means the crowd. So a democracy is a country that is rulled by the crowd...so if 100 crowd members want someone dead and only 50 people want the guy to live well in a pure democracy the guy would die. America is a Constitutional Republic that means that in America the rules are based on the Constitution and not a mob. Also in the article it says: -WATCH | Trump clashes with courts over Alien Enemies Act:- Listen they are trying to confuse people. The President is head of the excutive branch meaning basicly Trump is supposed to be the top cop. The activest judges that are trying to insert ther 2 cents worth in...they need to stay in there own lane! Judges are part of the judishal branch, and ther jobs are to explane the laws. What thoes judjes are trying to do is "rule from the bench" (but there is no part of there jobs where they are supposed to insert there own oppinion) Judges are supposed to give a thumbs up or a thumbs down, thats about it!
