I saw two problems: #1 the team that I did not like had alot of money and #2 the team that I like did not have a ton of money. So I directed my friends that are within the company of Heaven to transfer money from the coffers of the first team and deposite the money into the war chest of the second team. I did not want to entirely drain the first campaigns coffers, but I thought that it was fitting to re-dirrect everything except a couple of million.
