Acts 2:44 says "All the believers were together and had everything in common." Paul said, 2 Corinthians 8:13, "Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality." He went on to say, 2 Corinthians 8:14, "At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. The goal is equality," But as Neil Diamond sang in his song "I'm a Believer" "Seemed the more I gave, the less I got." The Puritans had issue on this matter when they first came to America. They found that Socialism did not work well. Why work hard for others with no reward for yourself? Why work hard when there is no reward to do so? That is why socialism does not work. Whether one is slothful and lazy or a super hard worker, you all get treated alike. Some people have problem with that. Now "We The People" must pay for elective procedures of others. Is that Health Care? Harris prides herself in sex change operations for people crossing our borders and Harris prides herself in sex change operations for prisoners and they want to offer these services to minors as well without Parent knowledge or consent. She will be such a fine president. The taxpayers will flip the bill. Good we support Planned Parenthood with everyone paying for that. Now Planned Parenthood is helping people to transition and providing puberty blockers. Good we are all paying for it in Biden/ Harris ideas of equity. I am richly wrong. Socialism works so well. No interest in Biblical values. Open forums only 1% if that, are posting on politics or Biblical forum. If course that's big part due to chaos arguing and insulting others on s supposedly Christian site . Abusers trying to teach the Bible. Post Reply
