When Venezuela becomes part of the B.R.I.C.S. (the B.R.I.C.S. nations do not like the U.S. printing money like its going out of style, so thoes nations have been formed to stop the U.S. moneyprinting) When Venezuela joins the B.R.I.C.S. then major changes will happen in the financial system...as in there will be a changing of the gaurd.
