The thing about paupers is "they usually dont know how to deal with money". A pauper might just store all of 'their' excess money, but a prince will make sure the excess money does not just lie around. In the comming days GOD will empty the financial reserves, and HE will put back in power thoes of us that fairly deal with finances.
