Joey Biden is part of an organized crime family. It works like this: Joey's son Hunter makes a painting of some flowers...then Hunter sells the 'painting' to some foreign power for like $300,000. As part of the deal, the painting will be delivered by Hunters dad. Upon delivery of the painting, you will get to have a private meeting with Hunters dad and in that meeting you can discuss all manner of things. For example you might have a question about a 'top secret' defense project...that is exactly the type of questions that Joey likes to answer.
