There is a big difference the divorcee is bound to their husband/wife as long as he/she lives while those who have never married are free to do so…😇

Contrary to the opinions of a few uniformed Bible teachers, Romans 7:2-3 does not teach that a divorcee is bound to a former spouse. The passage says absolutely nothing about divorce and remarriage!!

To assume unequivocally that a “divorced person remains bound to a divorced spouse” without qualification, is a contradiction of terminology.

How could one who is divorced from a former spouse still be bound⁉️

Even OT law forbids a divorced and remarried person to go back and remarry a formerly divorced spouse—so obviously the bond of marriage has been permanently severed here.
