(I am speculating about this next part but I guess they received some sort of command to stand down.) Parents did not like the cops just watching the events unfold, so some parents tried to enter the school. Law enforcement tased and arrested the parents. The gunman entered the school through an unlocked door (maby instead of gun control people should be thinking about automatic locks?)
