Evil is crazy (and they certaianly are evil) but they sort of 'fancy' themselves as a sort of high end club. One of the rules for the club to follow is that they have to inform people of their evil plans before they carry them out. For example, before blowing up your house they might put a red rose on your doorstep (or something like that). It does not matter to them if you understand what is going on...in there minds they followed the rules! One such twisted example is during the filming of the movie 'terrminator 2'. During one of the scenes we see the height of a bridge that is 9 foot 11 inches tall (well we understand what happened on 9-11) I am not sure what one 'president' said to Joey Biden...but it was proably the guys way of sending out an S.O.S.
