From what I understand, the bad guys are trying to start a war and blame it on Russia. The bad guys like to preform there dirty deeds in secret, and if a person mainly only listens to the main/lame stream media (cnn, nbc, abc and the like) It might sound like Russia is being a bully. But if you stop trying to get your information from 'the spin masters' then it seems to me that Joey Biden and some of his misguided friends are thoes guy that are trying to stir up trouble.

The bad guys need a smokescreen/cover story. Then the eyes of the world will be paying attention to the smoke screen, and the bad guys will be free to do what bad guys do best. (Its like a majic show, 'everyone pay close attention to my right hand'...while we all wonder what is going on with the left hand.)
The bad guys follow satan, and like satan they use and reuse the same ideas (over and over, and over), but the bad guys use the country of Ukraine as their own personal A.T.M. machine. Its been awhile since I used an atm machine, but I think the machine records a record of the action. And the Ukraine atm receipt records many bad names. Ukrainian energy company tied to Hunter Biden supported American think tank, paid for trips
WASHINGTON — A Ukrainian company that employed Hunter Biden paid more than $450,000 to a prominent Washington think tank, including picking up the tab for energy-related conferences as part of a campaign to burnish its image in the United States after it was accused by Western officials of corruption.
Burisma’s support of the Atlantic Council was detailed last week by the Wall Street Journal, which said the company had given the think tank $100,000 per year for three years starting in 2016. The council lists Burisma as a contributor on its website.
The Atlantic Council told Yahoo News Tuesday that in addition to the $100,000 given annually by Burisma, the company “also reimbursed speaker travel and event costs, which ... amounted to around [$50,000 to $70,000] per year.”
In the public impeachment proceedings starting Wednesday, Republicans, led by House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes, R-Calif., will likely focus on Burisma to justify efforts by President Trump and his associates to pressure the Ukrainian government to publicly announce it was investigating the company. Republicans have already delved deep into the dealings of Burisma in closed-door depositions over the past month.
The Democrat-led impeachment inquiry in the House is based on the allegation that because Trump wanted the Ukrainians to investigate the son of former Vice President Joe Biden — a leading rival for the presidency — he attempted “to coerce a foreign nation to engage in political investigations designed to help his campaign,” as House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., put it on Tuesday.--
In short thoes bad actors, they like to do there bad deeds and then hide behind Ukraine...so the bad guys are using Ukraine as a 'bagman' (that means that the bad guys are involved in organized crime)
On a side note I deeply enjoy understanding Biblical eschatology, and recently I found a fairly solid link that implicates the bad guy to be who I suspected:
One of the names of the bad guys is 'the kazarian mafia'. I already knew that the kazarian mafia were in league with the old natzi party. A subject that I enjoy exploring is how the nazi party called themselves the 3rd reich (reich means roman empire) If you remember the statue from Daniel 2 says that 'the final evil world empire' will be made of part of the same metal as the legs (roman empire).
Perhaps you will enjoy that the khazarian mafia used to have a country that was located in the same region as the current country of Ukraian, but the khazar's were trouble makers and liars. So they claimed that their religion was jewish (even though their religion was witchcraft) The countries around the mafias country fought against the khazar's.

Basicly I am trying to point to the fact that I got a feeling that the khazarian mafia (the bad guys) is a sort of a revived Roman empire and half something else, but at any rate I know that many of the bad actors that are on the loosing side of the war that is currently going on (currently the war has involved few guns) they are trying to take over the world (look at how many countries had an election that was stolen, also consider how many prominat politicians and news media tell the truth). The khazar might have been run out of their home country (but they seem to still try to control the country that they lost...which is Ukrane) The khazars are trying to start a 'proxy war' with Russia via Ukrane.
