Because he said he was going to. He was on MSNBC and said plain as day he will beat Joe Biden. Joe Biden is going to beat Joe Biden. He's also running for Senate. He's not running for president. He said he was running for Senate. I'm just taking his word for it.

I think those are the ones. I actually do wonder how that could happen though. Somebody beats themselves in an election. Then once they win they call for a recount. That'd be funny.

I think the second one is pretty understandable. He was a senator for 36 years. How many campaigns is that, six? I guess after a few of those, anyone would start to run on autopilot. I can remember when I was a tour guide for a museum. I had a spiel that I had to recite for visitors. I got so that I could say it without thinking about it. I would get halfway through and think, "Wait did I say this earlier part that was supposed to say?" and I really wouldn't remember if I said it or not, because I was going on autopilot. Couple that with the dementia that he might have, it's no wonder. And, everyone makes mistakes, anyways. I think if he does have dementia, it's a shame. No one should be used like that. I bet they are using him, because he used to be a little more conservative. So, that will help him get votes. If he has dementia, I bet they are using him because of that and plan on disqualifying him after he is elected. Should be disqualified before. I think maybe all presidential candidates should pass psych exam to qualify to run.

Indeed he has. Like when he called France's prime minister Macron or Macron the prime minister, however you want to call it. Macron is the president and the prime minister is Castex.
