Blue Moon

There is going to be a blue moon tonight. When you have two full moons in one calendar month. The second full moon is called a blue moon. Blue moons are not particularly rare in of themselves. But it is rare that it would fall on Halloween. I'm not much for Halloween, but even I still think it's cool.
