Hello From The Florida Panhandle

Hi

My name is William. Not sure what to say here so I'll just ramble a bit...



First of all, its a bit weird, but I am a 'Fulltimer.' Someone who has decided to live full time on the road, at least for a while, in a RV. I have a traveling companion. He is a cat named Boo, and he is a Maine Con. (misspelled on purpose because the word filter blocks it. Correct spelling is the last four letters of the word racCOON) I love all of God's animals, they have a special place in my heart, and I will rescue them when needed. But that doesn't mean I want a house full of animals. Maybe a barn full, but not the house.



I like to travel, as funds permit, obviously.I also like to cook. I also like to eat. I enjoy 'haute cuisine' but I also love a grilled cheese and tomato soup too! One day, when I find the right lady and place, I'd love to make a *real* *homemade* hollandaise for her to enjoy. The style of cooking I enjoy would be like Alton Brown's. I like to understand the reason why things work in the kitchen as they do, and I also like the idea of dual purpose kitchen utils.



I don't plan on being on the road always. My plan is to find a part of the country that fits me best. Climate, etc and buy a piece of land, build a place to live and enjoy life with my mate.
