I have had more no answers on this site than ona secular dating site. Contrary to popular belief we women do not shrink at rejection, at least I dont. I would rather have a no thank you than no response at all. Also I am puzzled by what men want on here. I am fairly fit and don't think I look like quasi moto and I think I have a fairly nomral profile (makes me wonder) .LOL However I have had very little success on this site. Maybe it is just not in God's plan for me to be here. I don't know..... Thanks for reading this Take Care & God Bless Post Reply

I have had a few not answer my messages as well. I attribute it to some not wanting the woman to make the first move. Others, I think, are not interested and they use not answering as a their 'I don't think we are a good match'. This is all theory of course, since I always answer every message. I would watch out for scammers (men trying to money from you), and know that there are success stories here. Most, are Christian here. I have found I have to gauge what level we both are on so that we are equally yoked. I hope you stick around for awhile. I have found a few women friends here. It has been really good. As to your comment of men not wanting the woman to make the first move. I guess I see that... However, when I like someone in real life I let them know. I have tried sending winks ond don't really feel comfortable doing that... Also just because I send the first email does not mean that I want the dominant role in the relationship. Out of all that he has attempted , I believe that was the most moving and well done. One line in the movie (or was it the play? I am getting old! :laugh: ) when Madea says, "Always believe people when they show you who they are". I am weird in that I actually appreciate it when people show their real selves to me right off the bat (rude or otherwise). When someone doesn't answer me back, out of all the possible guys I can be with, I can erase one off the list! I'm kinda crazy like this :excited:, but I feel like I'm closer to the one I am going to be with because the field is narrowed down. I figure they are afraid to reach back, don't like me for some reason, have a lack of home-training, or are just not nice. Either way, I don't take it personal. It is awesome when you get to the point when you know who you are and stuff like that doesn't bother you. Plus all the ones that do answer make for it! :rocknroll: Post Reply

One wrote ME wanting to be friends then never heard from them again, I have YET to get a response to a single instant message. I don't know if they are offline already or just ignoring me. Anyway, the key is patience, Wings, a lot of people are shy, though there are some rude people on any site. Don't give up. There are a LOT of nice people here too. Babygirl is one of them. She makes a lot of contributions to these forums and has a lot of good advice to share. There are too many other nice folks on here to mention, but just hang in there. You're a very attractive young lady and I'm sure you'll have no problem at all on this site. God bless both of ya'll!
