How can I fix that? I've been on other dating sites, for the first time this year. I wasn't really "looking" in any sense at all before then...in terms of meeting a lady friend who could possibly, later, become "more than 'just' a friend." Actually, I really can't meet anyone (in person) who doesn't live relatively close to me due to my socio-economic status. I'm "working class" and not all that well to do. I joined this site because I noticed there were more ladies in my area (here) than on other dating sites. Possibly because it's free, huh :laugh: My primary fellowship (church) has a singles group. 6,000 people attend the church! - and there are lots of singles! The singles group does lots of stuff both in & outside of the church. In their main "meeting" they play cards, dance (disco style & ballroom), and have volleyball. Volleyball's okay, but I was raised Pentecostal! and we don't dance or play cards (I'm not saying it might be "okay" for others, just not for me). Anyway, I'm currently on (routine) lay-off from my job - but will be called back by Feb. So...I joined this site to see if I might meet up with someone local for a Bible study, church or something like that. I'm writing a lady from another (Christian) site who lives fairly close to me. We're prayer partners online...and may or may not ever meet in person. In the meantime, here I am.... God bless & have a great evening! Post Reply
