My humbling and painful experience when I fought a Marine

I'm 37 years old. I'm 6'6 and 300 pounds in size. I started weight lifting at 11 years old and never took time off. I compete in strongman competitions. I can tip over a pick up truck on my own power. I can bench press almost 1000 pounds. I am also a local heavy weight boxer. I am more then twice the size of any of my opponents and it has helped me win many fights
I have and had every reason on the world to pound my own chest and think of myself as invincible..
One day I was asked about accepting a challenge to step into the ring with a 19 year old United States Marine who had finished his training. I didn't see any problem with it, I mean I am like 3 times the size of this kid.. he was like 5'10 and 185 pounds.
I did not take him lightly at all, I knew he was a trained Marine and I would have to be on top of my game to beat him as tiny as he was compared to me, but when the time came to start the fight... all the training that I did and my huge size advantage over him meant nothing to him at all..
I charged at him with everything I had, but his counter punches as well as his jabs felt like death.. I was already getting more and more scared for my life every time he landed a punch.. after a minute into the match I was down on my knees trice from the pain of the punches he was hitting me with..
Then they thankfully stopped the fight once they seen that my face was a swollen mess and I was at his mercy kissing his feet..
I am so glad to be alive today, and what a lesson I learned about how tough I really am.. compared to a trained soldier.. I am not tough at all.. they are the real heroes and the real authority.. they need to be feared and respected..
I humbly bow my knee to them with complete humility
