View Profile History	I am kinda shy so... Posted : 19 Feb, 2008 10:07 PM As another somewhat shy person, I can definitely understand what you said about others feeling you are unapproachable. We don't know how or why, but handshakes often feel awkward, conversations tend to end abruptly, and eye contact is fleeting. I actually have a few funny stories I could tell, but then people might feel that my claim of being a 'somewhat shy' person is an understatement.:rolleyes: If you ask me I'll give you one from earlier today. The only cure is to practice at being more engaging with people. Online forums have been a help to me, so I think you're moving in the right direction. Post Reply
