I Wish I Was A Butterfly I wish I was a butterfly So graceful and so free I would soar above the clouds So Jesus could rescue me. I wish I was a butterfly Resting in the hands of God He would find me beautiful When others found me odd. I wish I was a butterfly Free from hurt and pain I could fly away so easily And never return again the same I wish I was a butterfly This is what I'd like to be I'd spread my wings like Eagles And live among the free.
