I've talked to a couple of people on here, and I hope to make new friends and maybe meet that special someone. :) :excited: If you have any questions you would like to ask me, please let me know. Please don't be offended if I answer at my own discretion, as I've already had a scammer message me. I love talking to people, but I'm too trusting. Posted : 23 Feb, 2012 04:57 PM Welcome.I pray you have better luck than I have.This site is evidently very small compared to others.I have had no response at all.I found this about the time my Christian Mingle subscription was expiring.I did meet 2 ladies on CM that I am now Facebook friends with.I found that the whole online thing just does not work for me.I don't know if I am that ugly or if it is the stand that I take for the Lord.Some will read my profile but that is all.If I send a note to a guy,the few that respond says thanks and that is about it.When I was still on CM I found myself getting really depressed about the rejection but I had to remind myself that my self worth does not come from any man.I know the Lord has someone very special for me and He will send Him in his time.I find it a shame that our Christian brothers have no interest in even being friends.I would love to find a friend just to get out of the house and do things with.I am fairly new in my area and don't know anyone yet.Well,sister be blessed and I hope you are one of the lucky ones that finds that "special someone". Most of the "men" who contact me are scammers so it's very challenging to decide who is genuine and who isn't. Make sure you read all the stuff on here about scammers and their nasty little tricks.
