The more we know we are loved by him the more were loved. Like the women at the end of the movie he layed down his life for her out of love, and she responded in love. He realised his goals were totally selfish and so he laid down those very goals so that her parents could be taken care of. great little movie Post Reply

View Profile History	New Christian Movie Posted : 3 Mar, 2009 09:16 PM Incredible movie! I liked it for the reasons you all mentioned for sure. If only we all could find that kind of relationship with God that is mirrored with a spouse! Also, I enjoyed it for a couple of other reasons. First of all it depicts a man in a way that MEN will relate to. Men do have emotions and feel at the end of their rope. We do say the most thoughtless things sometimes. (Kirk Camerons character at the beginning simply put my teeth on edge!) But at the end of the day we can respect Camerons' character and the metamorphosis God made in his life. The movie also alludes to the destructive nature of pornography. Another dirty little secret (yes in christian circles) is how widespread this filth is. Unlike alcohol or drugs the only marks are found on relationships and how a man acts towards women. The impact has been devastating on so many. I say man because I am pretty sure they are the more dominant consumer being more visual beings. Anyway, great movie. And also , Angel I read the boards more than I contribute so I can say I really appreciate so many of your thoughtful responses. Keep strong! God Bless Post Reply
