Admin	Faith isn't supposed to be easy Posted : 9 Jan, 2011 12:16 PM Climbing into bed last night I was struck with the analogy of the mountain regarding faith and how we often struggle with it in a secular world. God's path is a long, slow, difficult climb up the mountain. The path is narrow and steep and often over loose slippery rocks. Often we slip and fall scraping up our knees as we climb. Often we have to stop to rest and recover our breath. But at the top of His mountain is Heaven. In comparison, the easier path leads down the mountain, away from Heaven. It's made of an actual stair that's easy to traverse speedily and is much more direct than the one going up. Of course, at the bottom is Hell. Staying on the path God wishes for us isn't easy, nor does God make it easy. What's usually easy often leads down. But climbing up is almost always a struggle. Hope this helps. Post Reply

It is like passing through a narrow path and one has a number of backpacks that one has to lay it down, leave them all before he can squeeze to pass through. The way of heaven is too easy to miss also, one need to find it with his heart. The way of the world you cannot miss, it is highly advertised. Post Reply

Faith isn't faith until it's all you have to go on, until it's all you have left. The problem with this gainsaying church of the last days is that everyone wants heaven on earth but won't die to get it. Post Reply
View Profile History	Faith isn't supposed to be easy Posted : 13 Feb, 2011 05:34 AM the key here is what you have faith in. faith is needed for good and bad ,but the faith in bad is never question but faith in good or God (for jesus said ONLY G_D IS GOOD) is the question. the same statement made to jesus "if you are the son of G-d prove it. we know who the devil is for we have seen his works. now faith is a gift it is given of G-d once man acknowledges his sin and repents and seeks G-d alone and not a man, no man, no how. G-d word says that He is NOT a man and he is not the son of man...read it again.....G-d can not and will not ever die . jeus was the lamb , we are not to stand and worship the lamb . the lamb died so the son did not have too!!! the story is issac and the ram the ram was not the son so now your faith must be in the one who made you and then and only then will it stand firm ....wise men still seek him blind faith which is faith in faith emotional faith (trying ones heart) and real faith ,the real WILL stand just like the tv show you must ask them questions test the spirits when they entered the ark it was two by two when the children enter the world thru Adam and eve it was twins sometimes triples would appear in the line up unto Christ .
