On the day of His resurrection, Jesus appeared to His disciples. Thomas had trouble believing until Jesus told him to put his fingers in the nail holes and his hand in His side. Thomas cried,"My Lord and my God". Now you and I may have never seen Jesus calm a storm or raise someone from the dead. We haven't sat at His feet on a Galilean hillside and heard Him teach. But He said to us, Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed. (John 20:29) WE BELIEVE ! We can (through faith) call Jesus, " My Lord and My God"!

And we are Blessed, not as the world counts blessing, but Blessed as people in Love.

chevy-

there are times when I'm "doubting Jennifer" but although I have never physically touched Him, He has touched me. I could never say that He isnt faithful or doesnt love me. I have experienced Him in a way that I have no room to doubt ever again...I'm sure I will...but God always shows Himself, even when we doubt Him or the call He has on our lives to be a witness.

Each of us are unique, no one will be able to impact lives like you. Imagine the snowflakes how they are all different from each other, our big God did that:) In a similar way, that's how it is with us...we are different, different observations and different perceptions.

I have often put myself in Thomas position, to put my finger in the holes of where the nails went when He gave His life for me. The place where His side was pierced. I have never been able to do it but I can imagine I would feel His heartbeat for us.

I love posts like this...thanks Chevy

p.s. I think your way cool too :)

We see that according to Jesus, even though some see they will not see and hearing they will not hear, but be not dismayed it will not change him keep your eyes on him and your ears open to him and open your mouth giving him thanks continually, for it is time for us to help with the harvest.
