Who is satan/devil/ Lucifer?

Shema Yisrael Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Ehad
Hear, O Israel: the Lord is our God, the Lord is One
To my brothers:
What is this Wailing wall? Why do Jewish people think this is such a special place?
To answer this question I will first quote Jesus who prophesied that not one stone will be left upon another of the Temple. He prophesied of the future destruction of Jerusalem.
When the Romans ransacked the temple in 70 AD they took the Temple apart one stone at a time as there was gold between the bricks.
The Wailing Wall is not a part of the Temple. It is part of an outer wall that surrounded the Temple. Why do Jewish people put prayers in the wall? They do this as this is the closest thing to the Temple. Jewish people believe that the Shekinah (in Hebrew)- Glory of God- dwelt on the Temple Mount. That the place where Abraham offered up Isaac-the place where the Temple used to be is the place of the holiest of all the place where God dwells.
We know that God is everywhere but He did promise that He would dwell specially in the Temple. Because of Israel's sin God departed.
When Jesus died on the cross He made it possible for man to dwell with God. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. When Jesus died on the cross 2000 years ago, He died for the sins of the present past and future. Yes God knew all the sins that you would commit. If we accept this sacrifice and make Jesus Lord of our lives (and not be hypocrites) then we can know the presence of God in our lives and one day will dwell with God in heaven.
There is a devil in the world that doesn't want people to believe in Jesus. He has blinded people to the truth. The devil wants to take as many people to hell with him as possible. He managed to convince Mohammed that the Christians had changed the Bible and that Jesus didn't die for the sins of the whole world. The devil is so happy every time a Muslim dies as he knows unless they believe in Jesus they will spend eternity in hell. Christians are aware of the curse in the last book of the Bible that if anyone alters the Bible their name will be taken out of the Book of Life, in other words they will go to hell.
Muslims believe the Bible was altered and so this is their undoing and unfortunately they are scared to look outside the box and cry out to God for Him to reveal the truth so multitudes, millions of them have ended up in hell. This saddens the heart of God greatly as He loves the Muslims and wants them to believe in Jesus and to be saved and come to heaven with Him forever.
Also the cost of becoming a Christian is far to great for a Muslim to pay. Many Muslims know that if they believe in Jesus they can be killed by their family and cast out of their community. Very few want the truth so much that they are prepared to pay this kind of price. So the devil succeeds in taking millions of them to hell.
Where does it speak of the devil in the Bible? You can read about this being in Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 (read it below). Here he is described as a being that was good to begin with, but then turned against the true God and hated Him and wanted to take the place of God. God then kicked the devil out of heaven. The devil came down to the earth and tricked mankind into rebelling against God. So Adam and Eve rebelled against God and sin entered the world.
The Fall of Lucifer (satan/devil)
12 How you are fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground,
You who weakened the nations!
13 For you have said in your heart:
 I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
I will be like the Most High.
15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol,
To the lowest depths of the Pit.
16 Those who see you will gaze at you,
And consider you, saying:
Is this the man who made the earth tremble,
Who shook kingdoms,
17 Who made the world as a wilderness
And destroyed its cities,
Who did not open the house of his prisoners?
18 All the kings of the nations,
All of them, sleep in glory,
Everyone in his own house;
19 But you are cast out of your grave
Like an abominable branch,
Like the garment of those who are slain,
Thrust through with a sword,
Who go down to the stones of the pit,
Like a corpse trodden underfoot.
20 You will not be joined with them in burial,
Because you have destroyed your land
And slain your people.
The brood of evildoers shall never be named.
21 Prepare slaughter for his children
Because of the iniquity of their fathers,
Lest they rise up and possess the land,
And fill the face of the world with cities.
Isaiah 14
How we can we know if the Quran or the Bible is the truth? God holds you responsible to seek the truth. The Bible tells us that if we seek God with all of our heart, we will find Him. But once you have found the truth you must be prepared to pay the cost. I mean by this by making Jesus or Isa Lord of your life. The pain in this world may be a lot but the rewards in eternity will be much greater. If you remain a Muslim and refuse to seek the truth, then you will unfortunately spend eternity apart from God in a place the Bible calls hell. This is not God's heart for you though. He loves you so much no matter who you are or what you have done. A bit like a father loves his children but infinitely more.
So what about the Wailing Wall? It is a sad place. The Jewish people long for their Messiah. One day they will realize that their Messiah has already come. See Isaiah 53 (the Old Testament of the Holy Bible). It seems silly to some to fax prayers to the Wailing Wall. It is a sad picture. Before the Jewish people could approach God because of the sacrifices shed for their sins. These sacrifices would take place in the Temple. Now they have no sacrifices they put prayers in the wall.
Does God hear these prayers? Yes, of course He does. The issue isnt so much if God hears the prayers, but are we His children. We can only be a child by faith in Jesus the Messiah. God can hear your prayer and you can still spend a lost eternity away from Him.
So what about God becoming man?
Many Muslims find this ridiculous. But if we believe that God can do anything then it is not too hard for Him. Why did He become a man? Simply because only a perfect man could bare the sins of mankind. Simply that.
The Bible says in Isaiah 9:6:
For unto us a child is born, for unto us a son is given. The government shall be on his shoulder and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of peace...
The child born in Bethlehem was God...
Whoever you are open your heart to the King of Glory and ask Him in.
You dont need to go to the Wailing Wall to pray. You can pray anywhere because God will hear you if you pray according to His will.
But more than that God wants you to become a son or daughter of His. I invite you this day to ask Jesus to be Lord of your life and to ask Him into your heart.
Is there room in your heart today for the Mighty King of Glory?
