Love, Who God Is!!

Can the the love of God be specific in it's action?
Yes, God so loved the world, the lost, the sinner, all that are and where ever upon the earth, because God is love he gave his all, and his best.
1Jo 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Jn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Jn 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Can we limit the love of God in our lives, yes of course we can, b ut does that change Love and his will for mankind, most definetly not.
For the perfect will of God is that we would:
Eph 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
