The word of god can be proved out by passing the faith test.

Does what you believe pass the test of

The law of sowing and reaping; the mechanics of this is revealed in the parable of the sower, as it was established in the beginning.

The law of faith as it is revealed in the beginning

PJ,

You have posted numerous times references to the Law of sowing and reaping however I have never heard you explain it. Is it hard to explain?

No two I have explained it a few times, but most seem to shy away from what they have not heard before.

When we speak of it as a law it is like the law of gravity, it is going to fall.

You see this outline in the parable of the sower

What soever is sown will produce a harvest.

The seed is the word of god

The heart of man (spirit) is the soil for the seed, the word of God.

First step is hearing the word of god

Second step is believing the word of God

Third step is out of a pure heart, responding to the word sown and heard and believed in the heart, the final outcome is faith.

Since it is a law it still operates with a corrupted seed. the key is the attitude and caution in what you hear.

Jesus said take heed what you hear, if you have a ear to ear.

you now know some do not have a ear to hear the word of god for they have sown the word of man in their heart, and eventually they will hear in accordance to the corrupted seed in their heart.

I have heard several Calvinist say, I did not agree when I first heard the word of Calvinism. but ultimately I began to see the truth.

They heard, they believed and then they began to act on it.

You see it in Genesis the seed will produce after it's own kind.

Then look at what Galatians says, I believe it is a warning.

Galatians 6:7 is talking about sowing to the spirit, and sowing to flesh, but this is a precept.

1Co 3:9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are Gods husbandry, ye are Gods building.

This word husbandry is translated God's farm or garden.

Jesus taught this is how the kingdom of God operates.
