I am going to stick my neck out per say, for all that responded to that post, in believing that women should not be ordained as Pastors.
I exhort you to simply ask the father to answer this question for you, you have a promise from him that if you are born again, that the Holy Spirit will lead and guide you into all truth.
Typically the church uses two verses for the argument against women in any form of ministry.
1Co 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
1Co 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
Remember this we are called to study and rightly divide the word of truth!!
I wish to post here a statement I made on the original post, not to belittle any one but to illustrate something, and explain my motive. I have one motive on these forums and that is to get Christians to wake up and to get in the word of God that they may know him according to his word, by the word of God, with the help of the Holy Spirit. I have been on this forum for about two years know and I can honestly to date I have only seen one person that consistently acts like a christian should and endeavors to reveal the word of God. In the days of ahead, and all that is coming upon this earth, if you do not get in the word of God and find out who your father is, you and your loved one's will suffer because of it.

Should women be ordained pastors?
Posted : 15 Feb, 2011 10:22 AM
I walked into a spirit filled service approximately one year after I was saved, and their was a picture of a young woman that was teaching in the midday service and out of all my wisdom, I so spiritually said she can not teach she is to pretty!! After about five minutes of listening to her, I bowed my head and asked the father to forgive me.
This statement was made by me to see if any one would take this statement and examine it and pursue the truth.
Notice this response to what I said and my response to that particular response! I am not trying to point the finger at anyone, all this is already public knowledge.

PhillipJohn, so because you had an emotional feeling about this woman, you state that it is Biblical for a woman to be an ordained pastor? Do you base all your Biblical decisions on personal feelings?
"Feelings come and feelings go,
And feelings are deceiving;
My warrant is the Word of God--
Naught else is worth believing.
Though all my heart should feel condemned
For want of some sweet token,
There is One greater than my heart
Whose Word cannot be broken.
I'll trust in God's unchanging Word
Till soul and body sever,
For, though all things shall pass away,
HIS WORD SHALL STAND FOREVER!"
 Martin Luther
I just want to say here I agree with this quote for the most part. but the intial response is simply, is what the word calls carnal. in otherwords an individual responding from his flesh and mind, instead of out of his heart, or spirit!!
My response to this response.

Cobbler do you always approach the truth carnally?
Do you recognize the anointing?
Do you know his Voice?
Does the Spirit of truth, lead and guide you into all truth?
Will you take the challenge and ask the father in Jesus name, to reveal to you his perfect will, concerning this matter.
This simple process if you will live by it will change you as it is suppose to, totally.
Are you up for the challenge to inquire of the father, not man, but the father that abides in you?
it's God's church, WE are the church, a part of the body of believers, ecclesia.
God is the head.
It is my opinion that women should not pastor a church but guess what...times are changing and spirit of the Lord is being poured out more and more as the end nears.
when men(mankind) run the church, it falls out of alignment with His vision for it. We place to many rules on serving God and "miss the target."
So I say, to God be the glory in ALL things and forget about opinions.
Churches and pastors do need active women supporting/doing works. If we expect our pastors (male) to do it all, he will have no time to prepare for his preaching and he will become boring. Women can teach in the Sunday school, organize children's activities, adult church activities, choir/worship, church management, etc. but it has to be a male pastor that is the head, on top of the organization.
I liken it to marriage that should be between man & woman, that because of the changing world and more men becoming ladyboys and more women become lesbians that we have to NO...but man can have male and woman can have female companions and live together in a godly manner, that others especially the young generation will not stumble.
