Doctrine simply means a teaching. Our duty as members of the Kingdom of God is to continue passing the teaching of Jesus on to those whom we disciple. We are to follow the example he gave us regarding discipleship. All of Jesus doctrine was based on the Scriptures of the OT. Therefore all doctrine that is passed in by His disciples should be based on the OT as well. If this is done in the proper way then the doctrine is the doctrine of Jesus. Any other doctrine would be the doctrine of men.

Salvation does not come from doctrine. The working of salvation can only be explained by it.

People for some reason want to teach doctrine about salvation and Jesus. It is far better to introduce them to the Person of Jesus.

Hey, maybe somebody can help me out here: where is the Scripture that says God will send a doctrine to guide us into all truth?
