Pastor Joey's Sermon: Press Play = We Choose...



Christianity is just Christianity until you Choose to Press Play and live the Christian Life. John10:10 I John4:4b Jeremiah 29:11 Romans8:31 Hebrews 7:16 Phillipians 4:11-13



We need to enjoy the journey in life based not on circumstances but on who Christ is and our position in Christ Jesus. John10:10 Jesus came that we might have life and have it to the full.

vs 11 Jesus is the Good Shepherd that will protect us. He will lay down his life for his people and Jesus did that on the Cross.



Hebrews 7:16 Jesus was made after the power of an endless life. He is not destrutable and has proven that we can have power over death, hell and the grave like him.

I John4:4b Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. We have MORE power than the devil. We overcame the devil. We are God's containers and we overcome in Jesus Name!!

Roman 8:31 If God be for us than who can be against us? NOBODY!!

We need to remember this always, no matter what obstacles we face. When we know we are Pressing the Play button to be with God, we have the VICTORY !!



Jeremiah 29:11-14 For God knows the plans he has for us - peace prsoperity - not evil. God has a future for us if we just go to God. He wants us to seek him so he can give us the blessings that hes been holding onto for us. We are Missing Out until we give ourselves over to Jesus.



We have to Make the Choice to give our heart to Jesus and Press Play for God. We have to Choose to press the Play Button. Some of us are blaming God for our troubles. Its not His fault! We haven't chosen to press the play button to choose Jesus so we miss out. God is waiting for us to make the Choice. Some of us go to church every Sunday and get fed the word. BUT...during the week we don't press the play button.



Phillipians 4:12-13 We need to choose to be content-to enjoy the journey. Remember, we can do all things thru Christ that strengthens us. Our life will overflow when we are spiritually alive. Other people will begin to catch it from us and want Jesus too.



Romans 10:13-15 We have to tell of Jesus, be an example to show others. PRESS PLAY in our lives, get on FIRE for Jesus and people will come and watch us BURN. When we get so full of Jesus, it will overflow to people around us. Don't say we are only one person so what does it matter. One person tell another and that one tells another and on and on.

Tell people about Jesus: In school, At work, In neighborhood. We need share Jesus to people around us because without Jesus, they will Go to Hell!!
