Exodus 33:12-23 Exodus 34:1-17 I Peter 5:6-7 How to be a Christian in today�s world is hard. We have to depend on God�s blessings and grace EVERYDAY. Each day God gives us New Grace for that day. We are like the Israelites with the manna. Each day they got New manna to feed them and did not rely on yesterday�s manna. So we don�t live and depend on God�s yesterday grace but get New Grace for the New Day. How to Manage Christian Life in Today�s World { W. A. R. } W. Wait on the Lord: Exodus 33:12-23, 34:1-14 God�s presence will go with us and before us. We must learn to wait on God. Its not easy but we must wait! We must say if God doesn�t go with us then we are not going. Moses was waiting on God and he did exactly what God said to do. Moses did like he was commanded and ONLY worshiped God. In Exodus 34:14-17 God warns us not to get �snared� by the world�s environment around us. We must be careful. We are to manage what the Lord has given to us, the way God said to. Vs 34:9 We must NOT be stiffnecked-hardheaded people but must go to God for help in prayer. We must alter and change our behavior to get the Lord�s blessing. A Abandon Ourselves to God; I Peter 5:6-7 We are to cast all our cares upon God. We are to throw our cares, worries to God in prayer. We must pray to God and abandon ourselves to Him to receive things God�s way. We need to bow down, stretch out ourselves before God. Humble ourselves before God and He will exalt us, lift us up in due season, in due time. We must abandon our will. Abandon what we want. Abandon our right to be right. All this we must abandon to God. We do this cause we know God is all powerful and can take care of EVERYTHING!! R Remember/Rest in God Exodus 34:14-15 We should worship God alone and Him alone because God is a Jealous God. We can rest in the Lord and remember He is for us. We must get our manna on a daily basis and we get it thru prayer. We must remember this and not give up our daily prayer life because we get so busy. We need our manna to live. We need our prayer to God to live. Its impossible to be a man or woman of God without the Lord going before us. We must not hold onto bitterness, strife, envy or anger. Holding onto this will hinder the Lord from moving in our lives to help us the way He wants to. We must release our cares upon God like we release birds from cages.
