Jesus came to proclaim freedom to us. He came to remove our heaviness and our brokenness. Jesus came to give us liberty and the oil of joy. The Year of Jubilee happens every 49 years. It is a celebration of freedom to servants and captives. Today there are many Christians being held captive by things they won�t let go. God says for us to let these things go so He can set us free. He will give us joy and bless us. God wants us to continue on the path that He has for us but first we must let go and be free. There is a door open for all of us. Its an open doorway for us to become what we can be in Jesus. The problem is that we don�t want to leave our �comfort zone�. We fear the unknown and we won�t take what the Lord has for us. We must realize that we are not walking in everything that God has for us. We must see this and go to God for his help. We, through prayer and humility to God, can get into God�s presence to hear what He wants for us. Isaiah 61:3 We should want to be � called trees of righteousness �. We should want to have � the planting of the Lord so God can be glorified �. AMEN Post Reply

Trucker: If My freedom depends upon my letting go of htings,then What was the purpose of Yeshua going to the cross. Freedom does not come by giving up of anything,freedom comes by TRUSTING YESHUA. John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. There is a door open for all of us. Its an open doorway for us to become what we can be in Jesus. Trucker: 2Cor. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2Cor. 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 2Cor. 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 2Cor. 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. 2Cor 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Trucker: The above declarations are what I currently am in Yeshua,and this is just the begin of what Yeshua says about me,who i am in Yeshua,and what I am like. We must realize that we are not walking in everything that God has for us. We must see this and go to God for his help. We, through prayer and humility to God, can get into God�s presence to hear what He wants for us. Trucker: I am always in YHWH's presence,so is every believer in Yeshua. Psa 139:7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? Psa 139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. Psa 139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Psa 139:10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. Psa 139:11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Psa 139:12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee. Isaiah 61:3 We should want to be � called trees of righteousness �. We should want to have � the planting of the Lord so God can be glorified �. KJV: Trucker: Almost everything you write speaks of works righteousness, What I need to do in order to become what GOD wants to make me into, Or i have to do something in order to be blessed of YHWH.. ABBA will see to my needs,and He will make me what He wants me to be. These will happen whether I want them to happen or not.. I/ we Have been called to Go and make disciples.. You want to seek things,the things of the kindom of GOD. I on the other hand,I want to be seeking the KINGSHIP of GOD. For in seeking His KINGSHIP,everything else comes along with ABBA.. Either your life, righteousness,justification,freedom,salvation,sanctification, and holiness comes from Yeshua,or they are the results of you trying to be all of the above... Gal 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. Gal 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. Gal 1:12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. What verse tells us about "the oil of joy"? Remember the properity Gospel making the the world a better place to go to hell from. :peace: Post Reply

View Profile History	Sunday 10/24/10 Pastor Alex sermon: Back to the Basics #4 Isaiah 61:1-4 Posted : 27 Oct, 2010 12:26 PM Mr Row just for instance the oil of joy is clearly spoken of in scripture, as it is also understood that oil is a type of the holy spirit. That is just one of the many inaccurate responses by George. There is nothing in this covenant part of a believers life outside of faith, being any individuals corresponding response to scripture. If you are born again it is by faith. If you are the rigtouseness of God it is by faith If you are justified it is by faith. Santification is an ongoing process, accomplished in the life of a doer of the word as is holiness. If you can not see prosperity in the bible it is the problem of the individual for it is very clear thruout the word of God. Health has always been evident in the word of God, and far more important they are included in the word salvation to a believer of the word, and it is known in the redemption of mankind Post Reply
