"Rich in Mercy"

Who is the father rich in mercy to:



Eph 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,



This scripture in context is referring to Christians, but we also know that our God also loved the world.





John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.



Zec 1:16 Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.



La 3:22 It is of the LORD�S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.



Ps 145:9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.



Ps 103:4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;



Ps 25:6 Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.
