Romans 1 says they are without excuse. They have creation that speaks night and day and conscience because the Law is written on their heart. I believe if those that have never heard would respond rightly to the hearing of the Word a Bible in their language would fall out of a plane and hit them on the head or a missionary would wash a shore. God would get His message of salvation to them.

Row, you should have also included Roman chapter 2,

I don't know how many times I have quoted this, that scripture says where there is no law, there is no punishment according to the law.

For as many as have sinned without the law, they will also persih with out the law. And as many as have sinned knowing the law, they will judged by the law. For it is not the hearers of the God's law who are just in the sight of God but the doers of the law will be justified.

In other words those people in jungles who have not heard the gospel, will be judged accordingly to what they do know about God and how they live toward others. And because of His creation, no man is wihtout excuse in knowing that there is a God.

God has put His Spirit in everything He has created to KNOW that there is a God. They may not know who Jesus is, but again, as the word says those without the law(gospel of knowing Jesus) they will be judge according to what they do know, based on God's righeousness, and not knowing Jesus.

The word also tells us that if the Gentiles( people who have never heard of Jesus), if they who not have the law, do those thing by nature that are contained in the law, THESE although they don't have the law, are a law to themselves, who show the works of the law in their hearts, because their CONSCIENCE also bear witness...

NO ONE IN THE WORLD OF CIVILIZED AMERICA OR ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, outside of rmote areas, has an axcuse for not knowing Jesus Christ and God's plan for salvation. They are witout excuse missionaries, books, TV, cell phones, etc, are eveywhere somnebody talking about Jesus Christ and salvation.

But then you find as GJ stated, those believers who are not in obdeience of the commission, and do not GO.

And if we don't GO, we will be accountable before God becasue we didn't GO!

God has said heaven and earth will fade away but His word will never fade, and Christ isn't returning until the gospel has been preach into all the worll.

Those who arewithout Christ in America or anywhere inside of the civilized world have no excuses. Those who are in remote areas and can't be reach, this is where God's grace and mercy comes into play, but thier conscience knows that there is a God somewhere, and they will be judge accordingly.

I believe God will judge them according to their knowledge. If they saw the evidence in creation and worshiped God to the best of their ability then they could be saved. If they didn't see God then they will be punished according to what they knew/did. God will judge everyone according to their "works" that did not receive Christ's blood.
