Here are a few of mine-

"Hate the sin, love the sinner"

"You must be the change you wish to see in the world"

(Both are from Mahatma Gandi)

"I am a little pencil in the hand of a writing God who's sending a love letter to the world"

"If you judge people, you have no time to love them"

(Both are from Mother Teresa)

"If you believe what you like in the gospels, and reject what you don't like, it is not the gospels you believe in, but yourself"

"Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe"

(Both are from Saint Augustine)

"Some people like to read the bible in the Hewbrew; some people like to read it in the Greek. I like to read it in the Holy Spirit"

"Never compare this Book with other books. This Book is from Heaven. It does not contain the Word of God. It is the Word of God. It is supernatural in origin, eternal in duration, infinite in scope, and Divine in authorship. Read it Thoroughly! Pray it in! Write it out!"

(Both are from Smith Wigglesworth)

Ole' Cattle,

I'm glad you took the time to respond especially, if you came in sincerity, respect, and love? It's hard to tell if you were criticizing me or not? That's the problem with virtual interaction and long distance relationships, there is too much room for misunderstanding and misinterpretation.

Anyway, I enjoyed your input. I'm a literal speaker and thinker, and words I value, but not to glorify me. God is the Creator of all knowledge and all truth, and I love Him all the more for it. He gave me a gift to write, and I use it for the purpose that He planned long before I was born. Although, it's funny.... if you knew me in person, you would understand how little I communicate verbally. I like the freedom that writing allows my heart and soul.

In case you want to know, here are the bible verses to your copywritten quote.

For it is not he who commends himself that is approved, but he whom the Lord commends. (2 Cor. 10:18)

Little Children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth. (1 John 3:18)

In all things show yourself to be an example of good deeds, with purity in doctrine. (Titus 2:7)

I couldn't agree you with more. I prefer to boast in the Lord, and consider it vitally important for men and women alike to know who they are in Christ (spiritual identity), and their spiritual gifts, natural abilities, skills, and talents that will shape their worldly mission for God's Glory.

Thanks for participating!

Will
