I was reviewing a few prophetic sites to see what was in the "spiritual wind". Shortly after I finished reviewing a few prophets statements I moved on to other sites of interests.

I do not perceive myself as a prophet, but nevertheless a powerful image appeared to me which I thought I should bring to the attention of those of the faith:

I saw a desert. As I looked down onto the surface of the sand before me I saw a conical depression--it was an Ant lion trap. I watched an ant wonder into the conical depression, it soon found itself unable to climb back out--as the ant tries to climb out the sand gives way and the ant slips further down into the narrowed cone. Little did the ant know that the crushing jaws of the ant lion awaited it. CRUNCH. What's it mean? The Ant lion symbolizes Islam. The ant symbolizes a fleshly Christian.

What is the take home lesson ? If you are not born again you are not a new creation living safely within the spiritual body of Christ. If you are not born again this is a very frightening future for you. Please feel free to comment. TEST THE SPIRIT...

There are spiritual winds and then there are Spiritual Winds. Without knowing the sites you mentioned it may be hard to know where you are coming from.

I googled the "Ant lion" to see if there is any natural (physical) relationship. It seems the ant lion was created to trap ants and "crunch," as you put it, the ants.

What is unclear is your deffinition of the so-called fleshly christians? For now we live in this (flesh) body and/or world but heaven is our home.

But I wonder though, why the women of Islam cover their heads. Are they supposed to be luring the fleshly christian men into their ant lion trap? :ribbit:

Why couldn't The Ant Lion be symbolic for the dark one and the ant sliding down the sides of loose gravel be a Christian who's Faith is based on a loose, shifting foundation that is constantly changing and being directed here and there as they debate and argue Scripture while "refining" what they believe Scripture is "telling" them?

It could just be looked at that way....I'm just saying.

Have you checked your foundation lately?

Peace
