friends let us not fall into false teachings.After jesus had fsated for 40 days what happened?satan came up to him and misquated the bible.

Before I was saved I believed in reincarnation.I gave up that false religion and excepted Jesus as my lord and savior.I am shocked and floored that anyone could misquote the word as to say it says we are reincarnated as someone as done.I accepted jesus so that I could have eternal life in heaven.:stop:

I vehemitly oppose all false teachings in the church.When I gave up my belief in this false teaching the holy spirit opened my eyes up to see that jesus died on the cross to save me from my sins.

2nd false teaching I have seen here recently.A member said that we are neither evil or good but it is all scientific chemicals in our brains.Friends stop blaming science to shrug off your responsiblity of admiting you need jesus to save you.

reincarnation and science are not biblical as an exuse to do away with god.Jesus never said we would be reincarnated.

I have one thing to say get behind me :devil:

I left the false teaching of reincarnation over 22 years ago and will not go back.If you want to believe in it leave this site and become a toad!!!!!!!

For any person who really likes science and wants to see how it really fits into the Biblical perspective, check our a lecture series called "The Truth Project". You won't be disappointed, it truly is fascinating and far more accurate than anything I have yet to find, and challenge anyone that wants to look toward science to look into that.

Well, I couldn't post the article so here is the web page. This is a Must Read article on false doctrines and founders of these different religions and their churches teachings. Its called the Bible Believer's Handbook of Heresis. It covers every religious denomination that has been called cults and their doctrine and teahcings and what the believe. Great article.

It very looooooong, so you might complete reading it somewhere around Christmas or the New Years.... that is, if you're diligent ...BTW,:excited::toomuch: EMT's are standing by. LOL!

Great information for those who follow religious cults and for study.:rocknroll:

Ella,

The site you quoted I have read. He sites groups that he claims teach heresies but in reality he also believes and teaches heresies like Once Saved Always Saved; (Eternal Security). He bases his judgment upon his own theological Baptist bias and does not properly describe the beliefs of "some" of those he assaults. He also teaches incorrectly about the "Unpardonable Sin" and about what the Church of Christ teaches regarding Baptism.

I for one would never recommend this site to anyone.

Blessings!

In Christ,

Walter

lol...yeah, I 'd have to agree with Walter. That site believes some stuff that I would consider to be heresies...so I guess we all need to study our bibles some more. Like for instance, the eternal hell view. The only place in the bible that really supports it is Luke 16. The site ignores the other verses that completely contradict that parable. So since the bible is infallible, there must be a problem with man's fallible interpretation somewhere. I'm beginning to think the only way to know who is interpreting it falsely will be when God comes back and tells us Himself. Until then I will believe what I see in the bible. It's all I can do. And I still think this verse is kinda funny. Colossians 2:16-17. He calls Sabbath keeping a heresy....didn't that verse just say that men shouldn't judge about sabbath days? :ROFL::ROFL: Hypocrite:laugh:. Don't let men judge you? What if God judges you? What if the 10 commandments are all still in effect? Know what I think? Walk like Jesus walked. Walk like Jesus' apostles walked. Safest place to be in the whole process. I'm sorry, but saying the sabbath was changed to Sunday because Jesus "met with his apostles" is a joke. Please show me the command. Jesus would have said it. The apostles would have done it/said it. A lot. Not just one verse. A lot of verses. Possibly whole chapters. It's the only law that was done away with? I'd think they'd all be very clear about it.

:peace::peace:
