homelesschristian View Profile History	So what's your favorite Bible translation & why ❓❓ Posted : 2 Jun, 2025 10:34 AM CSB pour moi seems to be solid easy to read Using original Greek (Nestle-Aland) and Hebrew texts, the Christian Standard Bible used the optimal equivalence approach to translation; this method seeks to combine the best features of formal equivalence (word-for-word) and dynamic equivalence (thought-for-thought). In places where a literal rendering might be unclear, a more dynamic translation is given. The CSB has chosen to use the balance and beauty of optimal equivalence for a fresh translation of God’s Word that is both faithful to the words God inspired and “user friendly” to modern readers. At the same time, in keeping with a long line of Bible publications, the Christian Standard Bible has retained a number of features found in traditional Bibles, including traditional theological vocabulary and traditional name and place name spellings. The CSB also features extensive footnotes to help the reader understand the original biblical language or how it was translated. Post Reply

Conclusive evidence is there when you study the history of the travels of all manuscripts. I have a 16 part series on a youtube page titled - Truth-tube. The play list titled, Year of the Bible has this series. It is conclusive. It is complete. You don't have to agree with me! Post Reply
