So these false prophets, pretending to speak for the Holy Spirit, create the👉illusion👈of the miraculous. They do this in fundamentally the same way magicians create illusions. False prophets create many such👉illusions👈. An fews examples include but are not limited to: the illusion of tongue speaking, the illusion of interpretation of tongues, the illusion of prophetic utterances and most tragically, the👉illusion👈of truth Post Reply

That’s why 👉millionaire health wealth and prosperity preachers👈 who claim to hear God speaking directly to them have mega churches. People don’t wanna hear so much about repentance and turning from sin. They just want to know how “special” they are and how God “loves them soooooo much” regardless of their continued unrepentant disobedience. We’re obviously not saved by our good works but our works prove our love for God. Jesus said, “👉if you love me👈, keep my commandments”. One of Jesus commands is to regularly confess our sins, (Per the Lords Prayer). Too many “Christians” are trying to cover their sin and fail to realize the impossibility of obeying God perfectly. Obviously they haven’t spent much time in Romans 7 or the Psalms Post Reply

That’s another impossibility. I might do the right thing but if I do it out of a lack of love for God, I sin and should confess it to God as such. should regularly ask God to create in me a 👉willingness👈 to obey like David does in the Psalms Post Reply

In this life, you will never obey God perfectly. I mean, you won’t be able to do that until the resurrection when you receive a new sinless body. At that time your new nature in Christ is no longer at war with your old sin nature. But while here, your growing desire is to hate sin and to obey God perfectly as your new nature continues to grow and your God given desire to love God continues to grow. Jesus in John7:16“My teaching is not My own,” Jesus replied. “It comes from Him who sent Me. 17👉If anyone desires👈 to do His will, 👉he will know👈 whether My teaching is from God or whether I speak on My own. 18He who speaks on his own authority seeks his own glory, but 👉👉He who seeks the glory of the One👈👈 who sent Him 👉is a man of truth👈; in Him there is 👉no falsehood👈. KJVonly View Profile History	Why is it important to refute false claims of hearing the Holy Spirits voice outside of scripture⁉️ Posted : 24 Jul, 2024 04:24 PM Psalm 85:8 - “Let me hear what God the LORD will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly.” Foremost, those people aren't even engaging in a relationship with the Lord in the first place .There are a plethora of them to be found on Youtube. I think a lot of times they do this for monetary benefit through Google ADSense so I believe a lot of them do this for money, they don't even care about the word of God. Some do it for pride and to feed their ego. Satan wants to blind people to the person of Christ also. Post Reply
