Is he right⁉️ Posted : 9 Jun, 2024 07:25 PM Once again, we have yet another scripture taken out of context by the willingly ignorant pop culture. The “eye for an eye” is an OT law of retribution that can only be administered or imposed legally by an established judge. It is applied in the case against a person who knocked out another person’s eye. We have similar laws on the books today that recognize the concept of retribution and restitution. Pop culture and even like minded ignorant Christians, seem to think this holy law was applied willy-nilly old-west-style by anyone at any time for any reason. Help close the gap against biblical ignorance and preach the word with authority and with accuracy Post Reply

"It made people think twice." I like that! A friend of mine said the worst spanking he ever got was not from his dad. He and his brother had a fight. The dad stopped the fight. He gave them each a 2x4 and said to his sons that they could strike the others end as soft or as hard as they like. but each strike would get a reply. Is he right⁉️ Posted : 11 Jun, 2024 01:52 AM Let’s see if I can do it right this time around. 😇 It makes sense that Gandhi, a major world false religious teacher, would say something so silly and simplistic. Obviously Gandhi didn’t know or understand the Creator/God who made all things including that law. But the world is never lacking for false teachers like Gandhi, who assume as if they are wiser than God and try to “improve” what God has said‼️‼️ Gandhi is accredited with “peace” but the kind of peace apart from God is the same as making peace with devils and the doctrines of devils. Gandhi said other silly things too like, he would be a Christian if I wasn’t for all the Christians. I used to respond sardonically to Gandhi’s statement like: maybe I would be a Hindu if it’s wasn’t for all the starving children that Hinduism creates, the fat cows, the fat rats and Hindu’s on mats‼️ Gandhi never prove God’s eye for an eye law ever resulted in “an endless cycle of violence”, he just asserts that it does. But perhaps, if Hindu leaders were treated in the same way they starve their children, maybe they would stop being Hindu‼️‼️ Just maybe if the principle behind the eye for an eye law were applied to well fed Hindus, maybe they would kill a cow and feed it to their starving children‼️ What “peace” is there in a religion that feeds a fat cow but starves a child made in the image of God⁉️ Post Reply
