They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD. Posted : 10 Jun, 2023 09:24 AM For some reason Jeremiah’s warning about false teachers just hasn’t gotten through. Yet his message is as relevant today as it was when he spoke it. People today, just like people then, want to hear nice positive things. They want their own nice-little-jesus’s and their nice-little-gods who will come to them and will say nice little un-offensive things to them. Even though they won’t say it out loud, they really don’t like the written word of God written by true prophets of God. This is because the written word is just too “negative” for them. You see, the written word of God 👉👉corrects and rebukes👈👈 them too much. The Bible says such people will then find teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. These people desire teachers who will show them how to listen to the voice of a sweet jesus who is ‘positive’ and ‘full of hope’ and will speak nice words to them. 2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when people will NOT put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to 👉suit their own desires👈, they will gather around them a 👉great number of teachers to say👈 what their itching ears 👉want👈 to hear. Notice again what TRUE PROPHET Jeremiah says about false prophets: 16 This is what the LORD Almighty says: “Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; 👉👉they fill you with false hopes👈👈. They speak visions 👉👉from their own minds👈👈, NOT from the mouth of the LORD. NOTE 1: these false prophets speak from THEIR 👉OWN MINDS👈‼️‼️ NOTE 2: but they claim to hear from the mouth of God‼️‼️ ‼️‼️ PLEASE‼️‼️ Let’s value the WRITTEN WORD OF GOD. Let’s stop listening to false words from false teachers, false gods and false jesus’s just because we want to have and to hold our own-make-believe-jesus’s or gods. The only REAL Jesus has already spoken 👉👉in the Bible. Any other “voice of jesus” OUTSIDE the Bible, is a false jesus‼️‼️‼️ Post Reply

There are so many false prophets and teachers inside and outside the church that just need to be avoided entirely, true prophets and teachers of God stick to what Scripture says in its entirety no matter what.
