Depart from me

There’s probably some out there who think that God doesn’t have any emotions. But that is the furthest thing from the truth. God can feel angry, sad, happy just like all of us. That’s why I imagine on the day of our Lord’s return how sad it will be for Him to say to those unsaved “Depart from me, I never knew ye.”. I’m a firm believer that the Lord wants everyone to be saved, but there are some who keep turning Him away. That’s why I can’t even imagine how heartbreaking it’s going to be for Him to say those words. I know that I don’t want to break my Savior’s heart. I don’t want anyone else to either. So for anyone who reads this and you are looking for a Savior, ask Jesus to save you. That’s all you have to do is ask and believe. It’s not some big complicated thing. It’s just a simple thing. Ask. And one day instead of hearing Him say depart He will say “Come in my good faithful servant.” and He will welcome you home with open arms.
