(3) Posted : 31 Aug, 2022 03:48 PM VERSES USED - John 16:7-8 ...'Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the comforter will come not unto you; but I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.' Many people look at these verses and say ... "You see! Jesus is taking about another person here, because Jesus says 'HIM' and 'HE' referring to the Holy Spirit." ... I have already shown above that when Jesus spoke about Himself, He did in the 'third person'. Take a look at the following prayer from Jesus to His Father in Heaven in John 17 ... John 17:1-3 See this verses also showing that Jesus spoke about Himself in the 'third person' - John 4:10; John 6:27; Matthew 20:28; John 5:19 "They did not think that the subject of their conversation was walking by their side; FOR CHRIST REFFERED TO HIMSELF AS THOUGH HE WERE ANOTHER PERSON." (Desire of Ages, p. 800) Do you see? Jesus is speaking of Himself in a 'third person'. So John 16:7-8 is no proof at all that the Comforter as a 'third being'. Jesus is just speaking of Himself and Hi Spirit that He is going to send. And why does Jesus need to go to Heaven first before He can the Holy Spirit? If the Holy Spirit is another 'God' of the Godhead, then he could come just anytime himself. But the simple truth is, Jesus had to go to heaven first before sending the Spirit, because it is Christ's OWN SPIRIT that He received from th Father. Therefore the Spirit could not come until Jesus was in heaven with the Father. Now take a look at this: John 15:26 That word 'proceedeth' in the original Greek means to literally 'COME OUT' of someone. So the Spirit which Jesus was to send literally comes out of the Father. It is God's OWN SPIRIT! Post Reply

That's why I write your errors by using words that doesn't exist in the Bible. Moon7 wrote about: "God commands to worship the Holy Spirit"! Should I have to understand this teaching that is nowhere written in the Bible? Do you see the difference between the teachings of the Bible, and man's teachings? Should I have to believed in a teaching well known about 200 years, our should I trust the New Testament about 2000 years? Do you have read what Paul has write for you and moon7? Hmm!! Go read it again. Moon7 read my topics, and then goes in her plucking verses book, and start writing the ungodly false three gods. You even read what I have write, and then tried to plucked something to suit your Roman Catholic Church god trinity!! You all already has united in this Ecumenical Movement!! Let me go write a little more of what is happening today. Again!! Who have the truth? The majority or the few? Sunday keepers, or the few in the Saturday Sabbath keepers (remnant)? I don't forget! Stop trying to be a sinless perfectionist by hiding in the darkness and thinking he’s so perfect he doesn’t need to confess sin. BTW When was the last time you confessed your daily sins⁉️ Post Reply
