Romans 11:29 “...for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.

Just for starters, Romans 11:29 could not be more clear. God does NOT call someone to salvation and then later change his mind and decide to revoke HIS call.

More about that on the way, especially regarding Bible verses often used out of context that make the Bible appear to contradict itself.

Rest assured, the Bible doesn’t contradict itself, neither does it say that one can lose salvation in one place and nor does it say in another place that one can not lose salvation.

Nevertheless, unlearned and ignorant preachers make the Bible say things it doesn’t.

The following verse says very clearly that only a never saved person will leave the fellowship of believers. But no saved person would ever permanently leave the fellowship of believers.

1 John 2:19

They went out from us, but they >>>did not really belong<<< to us. For >>>if they had belonged to us, they would have remained<<<< with us; but their going >>>showed<<< that none of them belonged to us.

Think about that
