Yashua was born of a woman named Mary, she was a Jew, which name was she told to give to the child she had bore, Jesus OR Emmanuel meaning GOD with us. Why did man change the Messiahs name in their translations of the Word, from Yashua Ha Meshiach to Jesus Christ, is there any difference to what each name means, YES there is. Yashua Ha Meshiach in Hebrew means; GOD my Saviour, The annointed. The Greek, Jesus Christ means, The anointed one that saves. Does anyone see the difference between the two. Post Reply

Posted : 18 Mar, 2022 08:25 PM I and no one else is called to judge the salvation of others, but what does the Scriptures say Isaiah 45 verses 20- 25, then look at verses 23-24,the name Jesus does not exist. The name Jesus does not exist anywhere in the Old Covenant. Also, i am not of the Hebrew roots, but you and others seem to believe that getting to the root of what one believes is wrong. Maybe the 'christians' should examine what the believe, and what is written in the Scriptures, maybe then they might not be so easily deceived by the self proclaimed pastors. Post Reply

Posted : 18 Mar, 2022 09:03 PM @rsvp, Acts 26 Messiah speaks to Paul inthe Hebrew tongue, does He tell Paul His name is Jesus ( greek) or Yashua ( Hebrew ). Paul understood both Greek and Hebrew, yet Messiah spoke to Him in Hebrew,why. Post Reply
