The TeddyBug thinks this verse applies to his sinless perfectionism heresy (that he keeps trying to deny). The TeddyBug falsely ignores he context. Obviously this verse speaks to the new nature that is born of God. It is NOT speaking about the perfection of the old sin nature discussed at length by Paul in Romans 7. Paul perfectly balances the struggle between old sin nature and the new nature.

Sinless perfectionism is a pathological disorder/sin that ironically requires repentance
It’s also a serious deception, that’s why Teddy’s error is rightly termed a heresy.
The TeddyBug is unwilling to obey scripture which commands us to make sure our belief is truly biblical. Not doing so is just another sin that sinless perfectionists flat out deny.
Flat Teddy claims we’re making up the fact he believes in sinless perfectionism. But the fact remains, no heresy peddler is going to admit to teaching heresy.
