Some believe that divine healing no longer occur, but the Bible says Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.
As Jesus healed in Bible times, so he heals today. There are millions of medically documented healings that have occurred after prayer to God in the name of Jesus.
A miracle is generally defined as thats which causes wonder and astonishment, being extraordinary in itself and amazing or inexplicable by Normal standards.

When Nebuchadnezzar threatened to throw Shadrach Meshach and Abednego into a pit of fire and said to them, "who is the god who will deliver you out of my hands", they "answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.” Daniel 3:15-18 NKJV
So when Christians go through trials, doubts sometimes surface and sometimes people will try to speak against the power of God but like Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego, Christians know that God is all powerful and He has created every person and everything on earth and if He is willing, He can heal and deliver anyone from anything or any disease but even if He does not, we know that we are His children and we will always faithfully serve Him. Faith does require us to continually believe in His Word that He will do what He said He would. Everyone the Lord Jesus prayed for was healed and if He prayed for the dead to be raised, they were raised. Why is that? Because He is the Son of God. That is why I say if we should pray on another level to reach Him because when He shows up, that's when people are saved, healed, delivered and set free. Without Him, we can do nothing so we should spend time and get to know our Father and seek to please Him and trust Him in everything.

I looked up Christandco.com/does.jesus.still.heal.today/ a site attempting, without evidence, to support modern day miracles as if miracles like those performed by Jesus are still taking place today. But the writer unwittingly and inadvertently went a long way in actually disproving that the powerful miracles Jesus performed are taking place today.
Then, out of nowhere, the writer asserts that “millions of healings take place” today but, the writer wouldn’t name a single person receiving a biblical miracle.
You would think that if “millions of miracles” where taking place then the writer ought to name one or two.
You cant make this stuff up!!
So, the writer, like ALL those trying very very hard to believe in their man-made remake of biblical miracles, (instead of believing the Bible), continue to trust in their own man-made traditions and definitions despite the mounting evidence against them.
Like the writer, they are ALL forced to introduce their own human element and self-doubt into the equation by dishonesty redefining biblical miracles so that natural healings are now deceptively labeled miraculous.
Healing – Although God does still heal today, the ability of men to produce miraculous healings belonged to the apostles of the first century church to affirm that their message was from God. Christians today do not have the power to heal the sick or resurrect the dead. If they did, the hospitals and morgues would be full of these “gifted” people emptying beds and coffins everywhere.
Miraculous powers – Also known as the working of miracles, this is another temporary sign gift which involved performing supernatural events that could only be attributed to the power of God (Acts 2:22). This gift was exhibited by Paul (Acts 19:11-12), Peter (Acts 3:6), Stephen (Acts 6:8), and Phillip (Acts 8:6-7), among others.
James says absolutely nothing about the promise of >>miraculous<< healing.

The phrase “the prayer of faith” comes from a passage in James 5, which says that “the prayer of faith [or “the prayer offered in faith,” depending on the translation] will save the one who is sick” (James 5:15, ESV).
Some Christians believe this verse means that, if only one prays with enough faith, healing for the sick person is guaranteed. The “raising up” of James 5:15 is not necessarily physical—if it were, then no believer should ever die! Many Christians do die from disease or injury every year, but this doesn’t mean they are lacking faith or that those praying for them lack faith. It simply means that it was not the Lord’s will to heal in that particular instance (see 1 John 5:14). The prayer of faith is offered in faith, and part of faith is trusting that God knows best. Those who pray should be unwavering in their confidence that God will always do what is right. Having prayed the prayer of faith, we can cheerfully commit our lives into God’s hands. The restoration of the sick one that James 5:15 guarantees as a result of the prayer of faith includes emotional, spiritual restoration that comes in the form of God’s comfort and peace.
Jesus talked to His disciples repeatedly about prayer. He told them to pray for God’s kingdom to be represented on earth and for His will to be done; He told them to pray for their daily sustenance, for forgiveness, and for strength against temptation (Matthew 6:9–13). He also told them that anything they asked for in His name, for God’s glory, would be done for them (John 14:13–14), and He assured them that God knows how to give good gifts to His children (Matthew 7:11). All of these passages emphasize God’s goodness and concern for us, but none of them guarantee physical healing. We ask for God’s will, we plead for what we desire, and we pray in His name, but sometimes physical healing is not His plan for us.
