The Holy Spirit is, Omnipotent ( All powerful ), Omniscient ( All knowing) and Omnipresent ( Everywhere at the same time including being in the past, present and future all at once ). Yet people want to place Him in a box, in order to limit Him in His relationship with man to teach who Messiah is, what Messiah is like, and who man is according to what GOD Almighty says about man, both saved and not saved. How does man place the Holy Spirit in a box, by limiting Him to mans finite understanding, and to books men have written concerning the Word of GOD Almighty. Some of these books are Grudems systematic theology, books on hermenuetics,books written by men and women concerning the triune GODHEAD. The list of books goes on and on, yet there are those that believe the Holy Spirit does not reveal anything new in the Word about GOD Almighty, nor does the Holy Spirit talk with people today. How are some of the ways the Holy Spirit talks with people today. The Holy Spirit brings Scripture to a persons mind, then the person looks into that Word and the Holy Spirit reveals what the Word says. The Holy Spirit brings two people together, He uses one person to speak to the other by placing the Word in the mind of that person, and the person speaks that Word. The Holy Spirit uses creation to reveal the character, attitude amd personality of the Triune GODHEAD,then brings the Word which speaks the same to the mind of that person. These are just a few ways the Holy Spirit speaks with believers today. I had forgotten to mention dreams, visions, Biblical prophesies,etc. I understand that we know in part and prophesy in part, but Messiah opened the understanding of His disciples/ students/ learners to understand the Word, why then do we want to limit what GOD Almighty wants to reveal to us about Himself, and His understanding of what He says about believers being in His Son. Paul writes ' i want to know/ experience Him, Philippians 3 verses 7-11 7 But whatever was gain to me I count as loss for the sake of Christ. 8 More than that, I count all things as loss compared to the surpassing excellence of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ 9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God on the basis of faith. 10 I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to Him in His death, 11 and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. Nasb The Holy Spirit works through forgiveness. Holding Grudges and insulting language comes from prideful ignorance . God's not in it . Post Reply

Posted : 9 Aug, 2021 08:20 AM Some people put the Holy Spirit into the same box that psychics, shamans, witchdoctors, voodoo practitioners and TV healing hucksters put the Holy Spirit. These demonic false teachers and charlatans put the Holy Spirit in a box whenever they claim to “hear” the Holy Spirit talking directly to them, which incidentally, is the exact same way psychics claim to hear Jesus. These false teachers who claim to hear the Holy Spirit are not like the Prophets and Apostles of old who were TRULY enabled and inspired by the Holy Spirit to perform REAL signs and wonders that PROVED these men were sent from God to write scripture. Other people put the Holy Spirit in a box whenever they claim to work miracles. But the “miracles” they work are no greater than a sugar pill placebo “healing” or a magic show slight of hand. Posted : 9 Aug, 2021 09:45 PM Marcouse, even if you were trained in a Secular Humanistic Marxist type public school it’s still not too late to learn how to think rationally. You can actually train yourself to think critically. Start by asking yourself simple questions like: Who? What? When? Where? Why? and How? You could ask questions like: Who are the people q Iewho crafted this teaching and why did they? What is this teaching all about? Where did it come from and how and why?
