This continues, of the earth that was filled with the glory of the Lord, the stone the builders who fill the earth with corruption, smote them to become the great mountain that filled the whole earth, as wherever the glory of the Lord goes, it is full of the brightness of the Lord's glory...

Adam you will never be filled with the knowledge of God until you obey God.
You can quote all the scripture you want just like many other false teachers have done but unless you obey the word of God and confess your sins you have no part in God

Confess and forsake, as our sins are forgiven for Christs sake.
How do people never learn that going on in your trespasses is not correct.
We read and believe that the wicked one ( of sin ) is overcome, because Christ ( the WORD) abides in us..
Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Adam, allow me to answer your question regarding why people continue in sin.
Let’s take you for example. The reason you continue in sin is because you've managed, in your own mind, to lower the standard of God’s pure and holy righteousness to such a low level that you think you’re actually achieved sinlessness and and have became as righteous like God!! This is because misunderstand Bible verses that speak to the perfection of God.
I would suggest you study God’s word more thoroughly. Perhaps you’ll come to understand that God’s righteousness is much higher and more holy than anything you could ever produce in your old Adamic sin nature.

Why do you continue to think just like the Pharisees who thought of themselves as “righteousness” while resisting the words of Jesus???
You continue to lower the standard of God’s true righteousness to such a low level that you think of yourself as being as righteous as God!!!
Adam you missing one very important thing. You falsely believe you’re as righteous as God but listen to what Jesus says about you and those who think they’re “righteous”.
Like 5:30But the Pharisees and their scribes complained to Jesus’ disciples, “Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners?”

How about the word of Jesus for how the Pharisees cannot enter by unrighteous reasoning, or actions..
Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
